Ifis Finance was incorporated, 100% of the equity of Fidis Faktoring Polska’s was purchased by Banca Ifis.
Ifis Finance became a member of the Polish Factoring Association.
Alessandro Csillaghy De Pacsér became CEO of Ifis Finance.
The corporate headquarters moved to its current address: ul. Wspólna 70, 00-687 Warsaw.

Banca Ifis is uniquely placed on the Italian banking scene. Founded in 1983 as an operator specialised in factoring and listed on the Milan Stock Exchange (Star segment) since 2003, it has been able to evolve by seizing new market opportunities in “specialty finance” with speed and flexibility.
Our Group responds to the financial needs of companies with an increasingly diversified and structured offer of Commercial and Corporate Banking. Supporting small and medium-sized enterprises has always been our second nature and we will invest further in the future to strengthen our presence in this segment of the market.
